I have just released version 4.10 of STG FolderPrint Plus.

Changes:

For the latest version (4.09) of STG FolderPrint Plus I am trying a new watermarking system.

The old system (in the left, below) used a large graphic with Unregistered when printing. This didn't look good and has problem in some printers.

The new system changes the name of every 15th file in the file list to **STG FolderPrint Plus Trial Version**. Opening the file and other operations still work, and if you save, it will load with the right name, too.

They are currently going through A/B Testing (so any given install may have either version).

I have just released version 4.03 of STG FolderPrint Plus.

• RAR Support for Open Compressed files added.
• RAR support for Preview Report added (this is the Preview screen with the list of the files, not the preview inside the files).
• Theme support is now on.

I have just released version 4.02 of STG FolderPrint Plus.

Changes:

– Natural Sort – sorts files as 1,2,3,4,11 vs 1,11,2,3,4. User request on our recent survey.

– Scaled forms – if you use the standard Windows font size, you shouldn't notice any difference. However, if you use Large font size or larger, the program will try to scale most forms for the new font size. Personally, I use large fonts and I think it looks a lot better now! If you have any problems, please contact me.

– A ton of internal changes. I have been improving the program structure internally. All changes were tested, but again, if you have any problems, please contact me.

I have just released version 4.01 of STG FolderPrint Plus.

Changes:

– Fixed ID3V1 tags being read instead of ID3V2 on some MP3 files.

I have just released version 4.0 of STG FolderPrint Plus.

The changes in this one are worthy of a major version:

– The PDF export system was completely replaced, and if you ever used it, you will notice the difference right away, because it is much, much faster than the old one. You also have a Export to PDF button and menu item on the Preview.

– Preview inside ZIP files. If you are always looking into compressed files and opening them to preview a single file, you'll like this one. I wrote a full post about it.

As usual (for my programs, that is), this a free upgrade for all users, and your old key will just work.

One common situation when I use STG FolderPrint Plus is doing a search on my graphics folder, and have a whole bunch of results that are inside ZIP files. I don't want to extract them because these are very large ZIP files, with ten of thousands of items (icons in different file types and resolutions or graphic packs mostly).

For the graphics outside the ZIP files, since a few version backs you can preview while using the Search screen. But for each file found inside a ZIP file, I open the ZIP file, find the specific file, and open it to check it out.

But now, on the first feature of FPP 4, it can also preview files inside ZIP files – so you can just click the file, and get your preview right into the program.

FPP 4 will be made available when more new features are ready.

I have just released version 3.95 of STG FolderPrint Plus.

Changes in this version are only minor fixes, including sorting items inside compressed files on scan/load.
